A per mile charge will be applied if you require delivery that is over 10 miles.

Yes, you are welcome to provide your own board. However, we will need the dimensions and shape in advance so we can recommend the best service for your order.

For the best quality and freshness, we recommend enjoying your charcuterie within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Be sure to keep it refrigerated until you’re ready to serve. If properly stored, many items may still be safe to enjoy for up to 2–3 days, though the presentation and texture are best on the first day.

For food safety and the best guest experience, we recommend that grazing tables remain out for no longer than 2 hours at room temperature. If your event is outdoors or in warmer conditions, we suggest limiting it to 1 hour. This ensures the quality, freshness, and safety of all perishable items.

Yes, we do offer refunds.
For boards, cancellations must be made at least one business day prior to the scheduled date.
For events, cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled date.

For large events, to save the date a $150.00 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total amount for the event services.
You must finalize your order 2 weeks prior to the date or the deposit will no longer be refundable.

Yes, we offer customization options to complement the theme and colors of your event. Please refer to our “Upgrades” menu to explore available options that may suit your needs. Additionally, we are happy to work with you beyond these options to ensure everything perfectly aligns with your vision.

At JF Grazing, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality ingredients. For your safety, please note:
Pregnant individuals, young children, elderly, or those with weakened immune systems should avoid consuming raw or undercooked meats, soft cheeses made with unpasteurized milk, or uncooked deli/charcuterie meats unless heated until steaming hot.
Please refrigerate boards and leftovers promptly (within 2 hours) to prevent foodborne illness.
Inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions — we’re happy to accommodate!
